Rental Requirements and Conditions

  • Safe installation position required – Please indicate your choice of safe position on the attached form no later than December 31, 2025. If the form is not received by this date, the safe will be placed in the middle of your booth and a $250 fee will be charged to relocate the safe on move-in day.
  • Change in Booth Number, Safe Model, or Safe Position – Exhibitor is responsible for notifying Rob Hyatt Safe Rentals by email.
  • Safe Standard Equipment – All safes include a push-button digital lock (exhibitor sets the lock code). Shelf quantity depends on safe model. All doors are standard right-hand swing.
  • Cancellation Policy – Any cancellations after December 31, 2025 are non-refundable.
  • Installation and Safe Move – Safes will be placed according to the submitted booth layout. Any request to move a safe after placement will incur a $500 additional moving fee.
  • Year-on-Year Rental – If renting a safe the following year, non-valuable items (lighting, trays, scales, boxes, etc.) may be left inside at no additional cost. Exhibitors must label the safe with their name and notify us. A new agreement must be completed each year.
  • Show Combination Number – At the end of the show, exhibitors must provide the safe combination code if the safe was rented only for the duration of the show. Failure to provide the code will result in the safe being drilled and the lock replaced at an additional cost equal to 50% of the rental fee.

Disclaimer

Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the following entities (“the Companies”): Robert Hyatt Arizona Limited, Rob Hyatt Safe Rentals, G and LW Gem Mall and Holidome, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from all claims, losses, damages, judgments, expenses, and costs (including attorney’s fees) arising from the rental and use of the safe.

The Companies assume no liability for articles stored in the safe. All merchandise on the premises is the sole responsibility and risk of the Exhibitor. The Companies carry no insurance for Exhibitor merchandise. Exhibitors are required to notify their insurance provider and secure appropriate coverage. No warranties, express or implied, are provided. The Exhibitor is liable for any damage to the safe while it is in their booth.
